Conference App:

Build your exhibitor space and engage with attendees using the conference app. Your unique link will be provided directly to the main account holder. If you haven’t received your link, reach out to events@skiild.com.

Logo and Workbook Ad Submission:

Send your logo and workbook ad to events@skiild.com.

Logo Specifications: Vector or 300dpi, .eps, .ai, .SVG, or .png format.
Workbook Specifications: .pdf with a .125 bleed

Guestroom Wifi available for exhibitors staying at the resort. Hardwired standard internet access is $200 per day. Dedicated line internet is $1,500 daily and must be ordered in advance.

Exhibitor Set Up:

Shipping Timeline: Please ensure that your equipment arrives at the venue after Wednesday May 8th.  Please do not send equipment prior to this date! 

Set up Schedule: Set up will occur on Monday May 13th from 8-5a. If you have a smaller booth in an unsecured area and wish to set up on Tuesday morning of the show, please do so between 7am-8am.  All vendors should be ready to greet attendees on Tuesday at 8am.

Exhibitors will have access the day of the event (May 14th) beginning at 7am with breakfast beginning around 7:45a/8am

Insurance: Review and complete the Certificate of Insurance (COI) form if using a third party to construct your booth.


Breakdown Schedule: The breakdown of exhibits will start on Thursday, May 16th at 4:00 pm or at the conclusion of the event, whichever happens earlier.

Shipping Procedures: All equipment, label requests and anything from the warehouse must occur no later than 5:00 pm. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact our representative at:

Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for packing and securing all boxes, packages and containers for shipment. Pallets and skids should be fully wrapped in plastic and crate lids completely secured for shipment. Return shipment must be labeled, taped and ready for pick-up. Gila River Resorts & Casinos is not responsible for taping boxes, adhering labels, or scheduling pick-ups.

If labels are needed, our team has the ability to print these out for you. A $2 per label charge will be applied. Packing materials are available for purchase in the Business Center.

All shipments are to be dropped off at the Business Center to be shipped out.

Outgoing packages will not be picked up at vendor booths or in the event space.

Pre-arranged pick-up for pallets, skids and crates can be confirmed directly with the Business Center Supervisor.

Vendors and Exhibitors must call the specific carrier to request pick-up for their shipments. If the shipment is time sensitive (next day or overnight) it should be taken directly to FedEx or UPS. For your convenience, the links below show the establishments nearest to Wild Horse Pass.

If a return shipment has not been called in for pick up and is left on the property for more than 3 days, the items will be relocated to the Lost & Found as abandoned property.
