Advance Shipments:
FERN EXPO Seattle will receive advanced exhibitor shipments at our warehouse prior to the show and will provide up to 30 days advance storage

Direct Shipments:
Fern Expo will not receive your shipment at the show location. If shipments arrive direct to show-site FERN EXPO will not be responsible for freight.
FREIGHT MUST ARRIVE IN SEATTLE PRIOR TO APRIL 24, 2025 AT END OF DAY (4:00PM PST) OR THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT DELIVERY FEES of $125.00.

Set up Schedule:
Set up will occur on Monday, April 28th from 8a-5p. If you have a smaller booth in an unsecured area and wish to set up on Tuesday morning of the show, please do so between 7am-8am. All vendors should be ready to greet attendees on Tuesday at 8am.
Breakdown Schedule:
The breakdown of exhibits will start on Thursday, May 1st at 4:00 pm or at the conclusion of the event, whichever happens earlier.
All shipments are to be dropped off at the Business Center to be shipped out.
Outgoing packages will not be picked up at vendor booths or in the event space.
Pre-arranged pick-up for pallets, skids and crates can be confirmed directly with the Business Center Supervisor.
Vendors and Exhibitors must call the specific carrier to request pick-up for their shipments. If the shipment is time sensitive (next day or overnight) it should be taken directly to FedEx or UPS.
If a return shipment has not been called in for pick up and is left on the property for more than 3 days, the items will be relocated to the Lost & Found as abandoned property.
