Exhibit room will be open and available Monday Jan 27th from 6a-8a for table top set up – No Machines There may be an option to drop some things off in the exhibit space on Sunday afternoon, but that area will not be secured yet so early Monday morning is best.

Exhibitors will have access the day of the event (Jan 27-29) beginning at 6am with sessions beginning around 9am.

Booths are typically open during the three-day event since attendees are required to enter the event and sessions via the exhibitor hall.

Breakdown/Shipping Info:

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping pick up by UPS, FedEx or similar. Hotel does not coordinate pick ups.
